I don't know what it is but I've gone from masturbating maybe once every 2 weeks to now at least once or twice a day. Whether it's health or not depends on how you want your life to be. Jerking off releases prolactin which suppresses some of the other hormones, like testosterone. It's short term, but still. I find the longer I go without jerking off the more motivated I am in life and the less brain fog I have. When I was in my 20's though I jerked off a lot. Totally concur. I can have a great day of activities planned, jerk off and then I basically have no energy or desire to do anything. I try and limit myself to masturbating 5 times a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less. It cycles for me though. Jerking off once a day on average is perfectly normal.
