Hope everyone reading this is doing great.
I’m a substance abuse addict currently fighting my addiction along with anxiety and depression. I’m dual diagnosed. I might be in bad shape sometimes, but I’ve won this fight already. It just not over. I won’t lose to these demons.
I have never seen the recovery part of this site. I’ve only came across it when looking up a drug or trying to find more information about one. As soon as I seen the health and recovery section of the forum I’m in.
I am able to give great advice ( so I’m told ) but not able to take my own.
I’ve learned over the years to accept who I am and it’s easier said then done, but if someone tries to judge or define someone in recovery or someone using they don’t understand or are uneducated & are talking shiz because they feel negative about themselves. Im always willing to help someone who wants to be helped.
