(Sorry for the cross post!)

Hi everyone,

The BBC broadcast a documentary about legal highs last Thursday, and UK viewers can watch it on the iPlayer here - there's stuff in there about head shops, Research Chemicals, whether they're "safer" or "better" than the illegal stuff they mimic, Jersey and how their government are fighting them, and the best chest of drawers full of sample substances you'll ever see ;o)

The only thing I don't like about it is that the presenter takes one of these chems on camera to try it for himself, but out of all of them, he chooses the one which is most likely to mess you up if you don't have respect for it - Salvia.

Y'see, I've recently become interested in legal highs, and it turns out my cat has tried methylone (bit of a buzz but not very long-lasting, she meows) and mephedrone (which made my cat very chatty and buzzy for many hours, but had intermittent chest pains on her left-hand side).

Anyway, watch it if you can and tell me what you think about it. I think it's a bit vague and could have got plenty more information into it without being boring, but hey...

(Oh, and no mention of GBL :\)
