greetings, figured you guys would be the people to ask. am an i.v drug user and have always had poor veins, before any drugs came into it, so though i realise i'll never have big ropes running down my arm, i would like to improve them somewhat. at the moment im just looking at targeted exercise without roids but i assume they would assist somewhat
so aside from cardiovascular which my asthma prevents me doing a great deal of, what if any - are the exercises to aim for.. is it low weight high reps like for tone, or higher weight fewer reps strength sets that are best for this endeavour?
any bodybuilding tips for making veins pop out.. for example, i've heard two seemingly contradictory statements on the matter; 1) that being hydrated is key but also 2) that bodybuilders dehydrate themselves before a contest to enhance definition (of muscles granted, but i assume veins would show also)
and lastly, do roids benefit veins in of themselves or is it simply the increase in exercise that has that effect
