Heroin Ballon evac HELP

Hey y'all I need a little help please! Went and scored a lil H last night and got pulled over, no biggie threw em in balloons and swallowed them it's been almost 24 hours still don't see them any help would be greatly appreciated

erf, i mean whats alittle.. i've reaad horror stories about this but depending on quality and if the balloons disintegrate vs your tolerance it can be cause for concern.
