last night a took a "G lady" which is known to be a pretty clean pill and last night i took one for a little bday celebration and it was an ok high but the comedown was terrible i was so nauseous and the next morning i had a headache, can it be because i didnt eat anything almost the whole day then then took it

I think it's pretty normal to get comedowns from certain pills. If you find it hard to bear with, go buy some 5-htp

This happens to me from MDA in particular (not saying that's what you got), but did you drink any alcohol at all? That can make things worse for me. Honestly, the day after can be rough sometimes.

As the above posters said, if you mix MDMA with any other drugs (specifically drugs that dehydrate you, like Alcohol) it will increase your hangover the next morning. You should go out and buy some 5-HTP, or take some L-Tryptophan if you have any lying around (mom/dad's prescription cabinet?).

I usually only have a bad comedown if the pill has Amp or if I had rolled too close together. But nothing as bad as nausea and a headache. The only time I experienced that was from pipes. Are you certain your pills were MDMA and not pipes? Did you test them?

i felt the same way coming down, however only when i did it two times in one week. i find the less you do E the better the comedown

It could be due to not eating or the specific chemicals in the pill or both. I get headaches from not eating for long periods while sober, so they could very likely happen after fasting all day then rolling all night and not eating while your body is running in high gear. If you want to keep a relatively empty stomach for when you drop, eat a light snack of carbs, like sugars or starches, at certain intervals of time. They digest and leave your stomach quicker, but still provide you with some nourishment. I find that after I've come down, the sooner I eat any substantial meal, the better i feel, whether I'm actually hungry or not. Other factors are less controllable, such as certain adulterants or combinations of them that can cause harsher comedowns.
