Benzos Baclofen replacing phenibut

Been using phenibut since 2005. Infrequent. Most was 1-2 x s a week max. Sometimes once every few months. 500-1000 mgs usual dose.

Have always weighed phenibut powder out with a scale. Both work on gaba b

Baclofen 10 mgs capsules and didn't feel it much at all. Compared to phenibut one gram, supposed to equal about 10 mgs baclofen

Both are taking oral.

Is 10 mgs baclofen supposed to be about the same as one gram of phenibut?

That is the dose equivalent used when baclofen is used as a way to detox from phenibut. However, if you're looking for the same or similar effects from baclofen as you'd get from phenibut, you wont find them. Doesn't matter the dose, no dose of baclofen is gonna feel like phenibut.

I do like baclofen though. Not super euphoric but pretty relaxing and its a decent muscle relaxer. I've only gone up to 20mg or so myself of baclofen. I have read some reports of people saying that high doses of baclofen feel somewhat like GHB

Baclofen s didnt feel anything like phenibut. I thought it would be both are gaba b and read they are about equal.

Phenibut doses seem the have a rebound effect I've noticed , over the past twenty years I've done it here and there. Like when it's out of my
system the opposite of the soothing effect it gives. Recently since started using l theanine ten years ago, would use that the next night. About five years ago started using cannabis more regular so would use that next night.

May have to try upping to 20,30,40 one time or another. I remember when ghb got banned around 1999. A buddy on vacation, in a pool , was telling me about it. It was once sold at GNC. Moreover, because some guys started putting it in girls or woman's drinks ( probably girls not fully matured ,18-22) drinks in clubs in Florida, it became made illegal. Also Florida used to have a law where if a girl was 16 and the guy was five years older. Also I knew some girls under age when I was nineteen and many of these girls would party . Would roll on x with them and hangout. Back on subject though, I remember around when that happened ghb being banned. Alot of body builders used to use it for sleep.

I have a decent amount of experience. I honestly adore the stuff although its effects are very mild. It is pretty effective for anxiety, it's not euphoric though I do find myself in a good mood while on it. I also find that it makes me more witty, probably due to it's anti-anxiety properties. I find that I'm able to make jokes very quickly on the spot and they get more laughs than they usually would. I'm basically able to tell back to back jokes damn near all day. I often describe phenibut as "It's basically a 'good day' in pill form". On days where I take phenibut, at the end of the day when I go to bed and am reflecting on the days events, I always of a sense that "today was a good day"

There definitely can be some rebound effect. I find that the rebound isn't too bad if the dose Is 1.5g or lower. Anything higher than that then I do notice some rebound. Any more than 1 day a week, no matter the dose, the rebound becomes more noticeable. Doses under 1000mg I do find that theres little to no rebound, at least for me personally
