Back pain CAUSED by morphine

I have severe back pain after taking 3 30mg morphine sulfate ER. I took them all at once with one benydryl. I took them 3 hours ago and now my back hurts so much especially when I breathe in. Is this overdose? What is this? Help please. I had no tolerance to opiates.

P.S. It's my mid back on both right and left sides.

I now have a horrible case of hiccups. I hate morphine

be careful and do not take high doses of potent opiates with no tolerance
