, but one thing I totally love about this forum is the fact that we've got such a lovely international presence.
a few months ago when I was out at a club rolling my little butt off, I started talking w/ some guy who was speaking w/ an accent. I was positively losing it because it sounded sooooooooo excellent. he kept changing accents, too, and each one was better than the last - british, irish, scottish, australian, and finally he started speaking w/ an american accent and told me he was just fooling around and was really an american! it blew me away and I couldn't stop laughing

so, the point of this, I guess, is that listening to someone speak w/ an accent is yet another thing that is absolutely amazing to do while rolling! anyone ever have this experience? um, probably not, right?

and to tie it in w/ bluelight, I love reading all of the posts by the non-americans because I can "hear" them speaking w/ their gorgeous accents when they post here.

I've especially got a soft spot for the aussies, as I once dated a girl from Brisbane and had her send me tapes of herself speaking to me... ah, made me melt!
ok, now that I've proven just how silly I am, I'll slink back into the woodwork...

This is gunna sound dodgy but I pick up accents really quickly - especially if someone foriegn is in my presence.
I spent 6 months in the UK and just got back to Sydney. Everyone asks, what part of England are u from - I respond "I'm not English, geezer, I'm Australian" They just say yeah sure, whatever.
Then I met these Irish group, and started sounding as dodgy as hell taking them off. Its not perfect but fun nonetheless.
It also helps to get sorted if they think u are from out of town

it's cool to see you getting off on people's accents. simple pleasures, eh?
I had a New Yorkian(?) staying with me(in Australia) and I was in constant awe of the accent.
Although she couldn't understand a word we were saying...

i've never listened to someone w/ an accent while rolling, but i'm sure i'd love it! i absolutely love [guys with] accents. mmm, there's nothing sexier (accents and tongue rings!

I find that I can do an excellent Connery on e. My Brando goes all to shit. Also for some real fucked up reason I can do the helium voice. I was just sitting there talking in helium voice and people kept coming up and asking me where I got the helium and they didn't believe I didn't have any.

YES YES YES YES YES!!!
That's how I fell in love w/ my first girlfriend. She was Russian, and the accent just caused me to, ACK! JUST FREAK RIGHT THE FUCK OUT! IT WAS GREAT!
And I LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEE The Aussie accent!!!! I'll come see you sometime Aussies, and I'll just talk to you, and it will FUCKING ROCK!

Was taking a walk through the mall on night while getting fresh air during a rave and started having a chat to a guy that could do so many accents...the spanish and french accents are so amazing to listen to while rolling. i guess its the european accents that sound the richest?
