Benzos Atvian and weed?

I was just wondering what the effects are like mixing the two. I've never taken Ativan before so should I just take .5 mg or a full 1mg and is it better before or after I smoke?
 
Well i would take like around 2mg Ativan and smoke a bowl. The comedown will probably make you pass out tho because of the weed and Ativan together. Also 2mg probably wont make you have any memory loss either so it should just make you really chill and uncaring/cool with everything.
 
Do not take 2mg of Ativan! Ativan is strong imo/ime & .5mg of Ativan with weed will do the job. LMAO@ 2mg of Ativan wont cause you memory loss............(.5mg Ativan with hydrocodone causes memory loss), im pretty sure 2mgs of Ativan with weed will cause you to not remember much!
 
^^^^^. That. Take .5 and see how ya feel. Ativan comes in .5's for a reason. Don't under estimate it, especially if you have no experience with benzos
 
.5 will probably not produce any recreational effects. With no tolerance I would try 1 mg at least, combined with pot it should be pretty nice. 0.5 IMO is way to small imo to cause any kind of memory issues. Personal experience and pharmacology literature suggest that amnesia doesnt become a significant issue until doses exceed 2 mg.
 
for the best experience, i suggest to take 1mg of ativan and then smoke..benzos and weed mix well together but if you do too much of one you'll probably won't notice well the effect of the other
if your weed is a good strain, then i suggest smoking only after ativan has kicked in well
 
like the dude above me said, wait til it kicks in to smoke. one of my favorite combos is benzos and weed. ativan in particular can have almost trippy aspects reminiscent to the first few times i smoked. It takes away any anxiety you'd get while smoking. actually i only smoke when on benzos cuz otherwise i straight up panic, that's no fun. Def take .5 at first and see how you feel. you don't wanna be tooo sedated or it kinda takes the fun away IMO.
 
Good combo IMO. Start low because without a tolerance to benzos the two together can be quite sedating.
 
.5 doesn't do shit, even w/o tolerance. I'd take 1 mg and smoke after it kicks in.

The thing I really enjoyed about that mix was how clear headed the weed high felt. Which obviously was a nice change, definitely a pleasant combination.
Maybe make a compromise from 1mg\2mg and do 1.5mg :P
I personally did 2mg generally and a bowl or so when I specifically wanted the mix with the two.
Although .5 may be effective for many, when you mix it with weed you most likely won't notice the lorazepam too much.
 
I personally love the benzo and weed combo as it pretty much ensures me that I will have an anxiety free high with all the effects of weed that I enjoy. I think .5-1mg ativan before smoking would be a good dose for one to take before smoking to get a sense how the drug feels for you. For myself, weed without a benzo or small opiate dose in my system can be pretty unpredictable depending on my setting and mood before smoking.
