depending on where u live..u can get it from your friendly Walmart. It cost about $2-3 bucks. I bought 3 this weekend for next months roll.

on the topic of vick's inhalers. I have never used an inhaler but I used the cream stuff. But I was just wondering for those of us who always have a sore throat after rolling would this maybe help or hinder to do it while rolling? Just a thought! Peace
