Aspirin turns BLACK/PURPLE !!??

Guys, in Current pill testing results has a pill "Christmas tree or Arrow" that the reaction it's BLACK/PURPLE like MDXX substance, but it's Aspirin that indicate LAB Results
I want to know if can other substances unlike MDXX turn black/purple on EZ-Test like Aspirin?
