Arizona HB2453 has passed, outlawing many new drugs such as MXE and 4-ACO-DMT

The good news is that this bill initially had Kratom listed, but it was amended to be removed before passing. I also consider it good that the fentanyl analogs have been banned. acetyl and butyr-fentanyl have been killing people.

How many states now have banned MXE? 6 or 7?

I didn't know that any states had banned mxe. Theat's really disappointing. Guess I wasn't keeping up on my stuff. I'll do some research and check though. I have been really surprised the DEA has still not scheduled it.
