Argentina glue / solvent??

A friend of mine told me that when he was in Argentina loads of people in the clubs were putting this stuff on there sleeve then sniffing it to get high?
Anybody know what this stuff is? What it does etc?

I remember being in nicaragua and all the kids were addicted to sniffing glue like actual glue. Their noses were all nasty looking from sniffing to much glue. It was fucking weird. The fucked up thing was on all the small glue packs that were all over the place, there was a picture of a kid giving a thumbs up on the front of the glue pack....

Those things are called poppers google it... GHL im pretty sure is convertied by your liver to GHB so u have to eat it.... i dont think u can sniff it.

@ clubs = poppers and "lanzaperfume" (ether, chloroform, ethyl chloride)
@ streets, poor childrens do toluene (put the glue inside a plastic bag, and inhale it)
