Stimulants Are there any ways of reducing neurotoxicity from medical use of adderall?

I am currently taking 20mg of adderall (prescribed) 1-3 times a week for adhd. With this dosage infrequently I know I probably don't have much to worry about but I have been taking it for several years. Anyways I have read about SSRI's being able to reduce the toxicity of mdma, are there any known drugs or methods that reduce the damage of amphetamines to the brain?
I have a good psychiatrist who respects what I know about drugs and would probably prescribe something if I ask for it, if he can verify there is a point to taking it.
