Are there any other gay or bisexual men here on bluelight who can't cum from anal sex and do not enjoy it as much as other types of sex?

I have fucked men who I was in a relationship with and yes we used condoms. It felt good but to both of us it was not nearly as satisfying as getting sucked, off sucking a man's dick, 69ing with a man, or even just kissing each other and jerking each other off. All the times I have given men anal sex it was because they were a partner, wanted me to fuck them, and we used condoms but I would not finish when I fucked them but I'd pull out take off the rubber and cum in their mouth or on their face. I have no intentions of ever barebacking or having anal sex without a condom. I have never gotten fucked but I did try putting a finger up there and having a guy rim me and I did not like either.

If you're a gay or bi man is what I described common or not that odd?

It's not that I completely dislike it since it does feel good and it's intimate in a way, and I do like to jack off a man's dick while I fuck his ass. I have no interest in reciving it or bottoming at all, and I only will give it to a partner when he wants it after we do oral sex and lots of kissing, and we use condoms. To me fucking a man's ass just seems like "work" and I just wind up fucking a man's ass for a very long time without ejaculating at all, until I pull out and have him suck me off or jerk off on his chest. When I was a young adult I fucked a man up the ass for the first time and he wanted me to cum in the rubber and I fucked him slow at first and then hard and fast for 20+ mins and I thought I was going to have to fake having an orgasm and cumming so I pulled out and we both jerked off which was hot. No I was not drunk, on opiates or other drugs at all at the time.

I get more sexual satisfaction out of oral sex, masturbation, and kissing or making out and body contact. I can finish from those types of sex and rubbing our crotches or dicks together while we kiss can make me cum; but I can't finish when I give a man anal sex. I personally would not want to be with a man who wants anal sex all the time we have sex, and who demands that I just fuck him and that's all we do.

All the very few men I gave anal sex to I was also turned on by and highly attracted to so that's not the issue either.
 
It's not that rare. My best friend, who's gay, told me it took him years before he started even remotely liking it. Don't worry about it too much honestly, anal sex is pretty 'particular' (I'm a girl myself and I really only enjoy it with a specific type of partner, very picky about it) and it can take some time to get used to it.

@Mysterie, definitely not the same thing. It's a very different and often more painful/uncomfortable feeling so really not comparable.
 
Also how come some men when they get fucked will cum very fast and shoot their load sometimes hands free or when they jerk off, and other men I have fucked go limp and just wind up leaking a lot of pre-cum? I am not that experienced in giving men anal sex as I wrote in my OP it's just something I am wondering about. No I don't expect anal sex to be like it is in porn where it's all edited and sometimes looped from different angles and everyone's hard all the time because they take Viagra.
 
Also what's up with how apparently a lot of gay men enjoy rimming? I have never done it and I do not want to. I had a man I dated do it once but I found that to be gross.

Not just gay men...I know a ton of straight men who are into that too. In fact, every single one I've slept with so far.
I've also got a bit of a block regarding that but I'm perfectly happy receiving it since it feels awesome. Wouldn't do it to someone else though.
 
I'm gay, and I do prefer other types of sex - can go hours 69ing... anal sex only if the partner reaaaally want it! And no, it is not odd. I met other (hot) men who like it that way! ;)
 
I am gay and it took me years before I enjoyed anal (either giving or receiving)....I just found it at best uncomfortable and generally painful. In the end (ha!) I decided to train myself up for it so I bought a small dildo and just practiced a lot until I could relax into it. Now I love it! =D

In my experience though, I have found this is a common experience among many gay guys I know. I also know some gay guys who took to it instantly, so I guess it comes down to different strokes for different folks. :)

I was the same with rimming...it took me a long time before I felt comfortable putting my mouth on a dude's ass, but I love giving/taking it now. I am way picky about who I will do it too though, if there is even a slight doubt that he ain't clean down there, there's no way I will do it.
 
Not gay or bi, but I am very picky about which girl I am willing to sub to and let her use a strap on with me. I'm only into it if I feel really submissive towards her, which is usually a result of a strong bond, like either romantic bond or else a strong friendship bond with a FWB. I don't enjoy it if it's not from the right girl. I enjoy giving anal, again, only to the right girl under the right circumstance. Rimming? OK so your penis would be the flower full of sweet nectar and the men or women who suck you off would be moths or butterflies? Or does it mean you are more into being rimmed? I'm personally not into rimming but lots of bi and gay men seem to be. Queen and the slang terms associated with it denote effeminacy and a fan of something.

How's it amazing at rare times for you, and how's it often 'mehh' for you? Are you active, passive, or both at times? I have had men rim me (once) and finger me a few times and I did not enjoy either and I don't want to be passive/bottom.
