Not necessarily but they're probably the last thing I'd choose if I were seeking a recreational trip simply because of there's something lurking at the back of my mind (and there usually is) then the psilocybin is likely going to force me to look at it.
That isn't to say that I've never had enjoyable recreational mushroom trips before because I certainly have, but if I'm looking for a good time there are dozens of other psychedelics that will give me what I want instead of what I "need".
Edit: I think I misread your question so to give a more on-topic answer:
Some people have reported low dose of psilocybin to be helpful for managing ADHD symptoms (I have not). Others have found it effective for treating cluster headaches and neuropathy (I have no personal experience with this) and Paul Stamets among others believes that psilocybin may help promote the formation of new neural connections.
Personally I think that whatever benefits psilocybin may have to offer you're more likely to see them with regular macro doses than frequent micro doses, but that's just my opinion.
