Opioids Are opiates safe a day after dxm?

If someone did, let's say a 3rd plateau dose of dxm, would it be safe to use recreational amounts of some opiates the next day?

As long as your not taking tramadol you should be aight. Even if it is the next day its better to be safe than worry.

^yep, dont ever mix tramadol and dxm - potentially dangerous seretonin syndrome. other opiates are fine.
