So i managed to get this rare movie downloaded on my laptop a year or 2 ago but it died and i never got to watch it. Is it possible to be able to get a movie off a dead laptop?
aside, which movie is it? it may be possible to track it down.

I have 3 laptops that probably need batteries, but now I just pick up Amazon's fire tablets that last a year or more,my dogs like to skate on them in bed so hell no I'm not investingWhile we are chatting does anyone know how you can tell if a battery is dead on a lap top or if it is just the computer that doesn't work anymore ?
And can anyone actually fix a laptop that won't work at all with just actually only a battery ?
My feelings are that just getting a whole new laptop is the best and most logical solution.
But some people don't back up their data because the hardware changes have to be adapted so often.
Meaning that the hardware has to interface with the new software systems. ((( chips )))
^ what do you mean?
the hard drive uses the same power source as the other components. if the battery is dead but the machine runs on ac power only, the hard drive will work.
