It is, but doesn't seem to dissolve very readily. I was trying to put 29mg into about 3mL of fairly cool water though, so that might not have helped. I had the HBr salt.

Seems like I remember 2C-E not wanting to dissolve very well either.

edit:
Apparently the HCl salt of 2C-B is fairly insoluble in water. I'm not sure which form is the more common.

i see, thanks man. i love taking a dose and a half of 2ce , putting it in water, drinking 1 dose and sipping on the other throughout the night.
 
2c-b is not really around at the moment in SoFlo
2c-i/e/d are around thanks to the genius of swerz

Foxy/Miprocin are strangely in circulation at the moment.
 
Ill stick to the large amounts of good gel tabs goin around RI right now....now those are bangin.
