How long does US customs typically hold legal highs products imported from Europe? Since Ivory Wave is not currently illegal here I've been assured by the site that I ordered from that customs just keeps it tied up for a bit, but what is the point in doing that?

Generally this is done to rush a bill through making said compound illegal so they can arrest you upon delivery. Be scared.;)

If it is not illegal then you have nothing to worry about. They are probably determining what the product is. Are you sure customs has it and it is not just lost in the mail?

I've had legal products taken by customs before, and it was about two weeks after the package should have arrived that I even got a letter explaining that customs had my stuff, and that I could come claim it. Naturally, I didn't go. If you don't receive a letter soon, I think its safe to assume that the package was probably never sent in the first place.

Hi,

when I was doing the IOP thing I once had a package held for over a YEAR... had some benzos and codeine and some dihidrocodeine in it... not a whole lot of anything (like 100 valium, 100 T3 equivalents, and 100 dihydrocodeine (not dihydrocodone, I don't think it's sold in the US)... and I'd written it off... never got a love letter... finally it just showed up, obviously opened (green tape), but got delivered... I tossed it in a chair for a couple of weeks (after all it's not addressed to ME... I was going to take it back to the post office :) ) and finally opened it....

never had any grief about it. :)

That's interesting. I had an order of GBL seized by customs but never got a letter. I just assumed it was stolen or stuck. The tracking number still says it's being processed by customs. I wonder if it would just show up one day... unfortunately I don't live in that location anymore!
