Anyone ever seen black sunglasses on people after taking E?

Almost every time I take more than 2 pills, I momentarily see black spectacles on random people. When I look at them again, they disappear..
Lots of my friends have seen the same thing..
Which makes me wonder, how could a chemical make people see something SPECIFIC like a pair of black glasses that aren't there?
Are our minds being opened to the point where we see something that is "actually" there?
 
yeah yeah. none of my friends hallucinate at all on e but i do every time.
often i see people with either dark glasses or neon green framed glasses on.
also see pink and green insects, spiderwebs and beads everywhere on the floor.... hmmm quite like it really

well this may be a little off topic, but there have been hundreds of mushroom trip reports of people seeing Aztec and Mayan figures and artworks and patterns in the sky. Even amongst people who didn't even know that the magic mushroom originated during Aztec times in Central Mexico....that's kinda creepy to me actually...

For some reason, the glasses are a very common hallucination during a strong roll, I see em every time, as do my friends... odd...
this hallucination is easily explained, and will explain why everyone gets it...
staring at a blacklight for a long period of time is what causes it...your mind becomes used to that bar of blue light that you see as a blacklight, and when it is gone your mind might still think is there, and a shadow of it remains...you lookat someones face and your mind fills in the void as glasses...it made sense to me, everyone on E who sees it is generally around a blacklight
maybe i explained it wrong, but i know a blacklight causes this hallucination

way back in the bad old days when I was a major party kid, We all had lots of visuals that included glasses,neon framed glasses,neon tribal body art and crazy piercings(i.e. a birdcage pierced thru someones head)We thought that it was all part of mdma and rave culture/expierience. It was just somthing that alwas would happen to us when we rolled.Even when we were not at the clubs,which makes me doubt the blacklight theory. just my experiences

it's so damn common. i see all kinds of glasses, on really good friends, and i stare for ages - wow, i didn't know you had big neon green glasses man - then as soon as i snap they're gone.
hydra - i get glasses when i've been getting smashed at home tho, we have no blacklights there...
isn't it strange that a chemical can produce such arbitrary visions? i mean, why glasses?

it's the other way around, though. the mushrooms make you hallucinate along a certain theme, because the mushrooms are a central part of your civilisation, you design a lot of art inspired by the mushroom hallucinations... not some aztec spirits visiting you from hundreds of years back.

I always used to see gold-rimmed glasses, and so did many of my friends. This was a club without any blacklight, too.
 
All kind of glasses is what i saw once when we were on strong pills in Amsterdam, one of my friends asked me if all the people were using sunglasses i didn't realized about that coz i was dancin' the whole night, when i turn around and try to see a girl i saw her using glasses and could see only her head and part of her body. I like hallucinations a lot and didn't know about sunglasses on pill before that night. BTW we tried 1/2 gram of mdma powder(/4) and 1&1/2 strong pills.
Was a good experience. :)

there's a really old thread here talkign about the samething.... it's weird how these mass-hallucinations happen all over the world... I often see glasses on people when on a high dose of mda....

The blacklight theory is bogus. I'm sure this might have been true and I see your point, but it definitely does not answer the question as to why because I have had these same O.E.V.'s, whilst not a blacklight was in sight, and I attribute them to this:

All of the experiences of myself or other people seeing sunglasses or eyeglasses that werent there have been while on MDA. Soooo, my theory is that people are gettin pills with some level of MDA (which has been known to be much more hallucinagenic then MDMA) in them and they are seeing these common hallucinations and attributing them to MDMA.

that might explain a hallucination but it doesn't really explain why the hallucination is specificaly glasses - rather than say a hat, a tattoo, a TV screen, a baby or whatever (i've seen all of these as hallucinations in clubs...)

I always,always see glasses on people when i'm fucked up on pills. Some people have comical looking spectacles, while other people have those 70's cop glasses...its wierd. I also sometimes see beards on people. I try so hard not to laugh when i see some hot girl and all of a sudden this huge beard appears on her face lol
 
Yea well maybe there is a secret society out there who like to trip out pillers by putting on and taking off different glasses....
But yes I do see this too. Lots of people wearing glasses... Especially when the sun comes up!
But really no I havent and it all seems very strange to me. I really am missing out.
When someone figures this out lemme know coz I really wanna see some stupid shit too!
 
I have heard that this is really common, but have never experienced it (well, most of my friends really DO wear sunglasses when we are out rolling at clubs...I also normally have more than 1 pill in a night of rolling) Don't have an answer, but I know it's common. E does not make me hallucinate normally, but some of my friends totally see things.
 
yea i've seen glasses on people too
i've notice that when i'm at a club the lights give a slight shadow above and below the eyes and when your trippin your vision is a bit blurry and it sorta connects up together making it look people have spectacles.
