Anyone else experienced purple-tinted vision?

After around my 5th or 6th time smoking weed, I passed out (even though it was a moderate amount) and my vision was purple-tinted, I was also higher than I ever have been at that time. Anyone else been through something like this?
 
Can't say that's ever happened to me :\
I've had my vision turn to static after sitting down for 6 hours then trying to move.
 
In the past I have defiantly gotten minor visual distortions from smoking weed. Objects would glow with a black aura and things like that. Weed is a psychedelic, even tho its not that strong and doesn't cause hallucinations in most people it can definitely happen to some people. As long as you don't trip balls for a week after you smoke then I don't think seeing purple is anything bad.
 
i have felt that i have seen little things while really high but nothing like purple tinted vision... well i have seen purple glow and other colors when smoking but i was also under the influence of mdma as well. as long as it doesn't last longer that when you are high, i say thats a pretty cool effect.
 
That's never happened to me. Maybe ask a medical doctor or an eye doctor? I'd be a tad bit worried if this happened to me when I smoked pot.

I've had my peripheral vision get all choppy or just played with and things slow down.
 
cannabis can be a hallucinogen under some circumstances, so you could have been tripping. i ate hella cannabis butter recently, way too much. an overdose. i had wicked open and closed eye visual hallucinations.
 
Late reply, I know but, perhaps looking into Cyanopsia may help bring some light to the subject
 
Was it true fainting, like from oxygen deprivation? If so, your blood pressure must have been quite low for that to happen.

Seeing any number of colours is a normal part of fainting, as oxygen to the brain is temporarily depleted.
 
If I get really high I get a weird purple mist, like a pixellated sheet of purple dots that pops up somewhere in my visual field
 
I cannot even speculate as to how much pot I've smoked in my life, over twenty years, and no, never. That is bizarre!
 
Never tinted color vision with weed but one time I smoked a joint of crushed angel trumpet seed pods and my vision was tinted red.
