Ever since my one off drug addiction years ago I have had tension headaches and I think I have found a cause for it.

I remember one night I started getting eye wobbles really bad and they lasted a while even after quitting drugs, although I was usually taking speed, I am pretty sure it was from an MDA pill I tried once.

After quiting I could voluntarily wobble my eyes although not anymore, but even until today I cant focus hard on anything for longer than a 2nd without getting wobbles. Its not as bad as it was after I quit.

I am sure this is causing me nervous tension and I am wondering if any1 else here has this long term problem and has any experience with these exercises or any other treatment??

Long-term nystagmus from stimulants is usually due to toxicity. As far as I know, modern medicine will treat it symptomatically with anti-convulsants, at least if it's amphetamine related. There's no cure though.

From traditional medicine, bone broth can help to ease convulsive disorders and is highly regenerative. Most neurological disorders can be remedied at least partially with mineral intake. Just google "bone broth" and you'll get some of the research (ancient and modern) plus recipes. Aside from containing all the crucial minerals your bones and nervous system need, it's packed with glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) which regenerate connective tissue. So if the nystagmus is related to anything nutritional, the bones have it all covered.

When I make bone broth, I usually cook joint bones, but any kind of fresh bone will do. In China my best friend had a pot of chicken bones always simming on low on the stove. When the marrow and the minerals are fully dissolved in the water, the bones will get soft and break. You remove them, then add more. Cook on low for at least 12 hours, and add a couple teaspoons of vinegar. I use beef bones but some people prefer chicken bones because the broth is sweeter.

I am doing eye exercises and gonna see if that helps, stretches and stuff. I know its neurological but they do physical rehab for neurological stuff and it works.
