Heroin Any Suggestions???

I have been having trouble getting hard lately and it is really starting to irritate me does anyone have any suggestions??? I have been using heroin for about three weeks but before that I was using oxys and I didn't have the problem before!!!! Please help

In an attempt to kinda relate this: The difference here is that opiates kill testosterone, while the meth/coke that Dirk Diggler was doing prevented proper bloodflow to his junk. Opiates replace sex, which is not natural, man... humans need their primal, animalistic instincts to be considered humans.

Opiates/opioids greatly enhance sex for me. It prolongs climax by a long long time, makes the feeling even more godly by their ability to create great euphoria, they get me in the mood to be a lot more passionate, actually slow me down in the sense I take my time on different acts of forplay.... I have zero refractory period after climax while under the influence....

Opiates and sex are the BEST BEST combination.

For most people opioids make it harder to get/maintain an erection and much harder to have an orgasm. I think I can relate to some of what StartedHydro is saying though, other than finding it easy to get an erection again after orgasm if that's what he meant by "zero refractory period", that is very unusual with opioids. For me heroin would make it much more difficult to have an orgasm, but it did make me more interested in sex, take my time more, and I would still enjoy sex. I think it can reduce inhibitions and also give you more energy in a way, of course not in the way a stimulant gives more energy, but you just feel good and enthusiastic, don't get tired (differentiated from the pleasant sleepiness that comes from heroin, I mean tired as in fatigued), don't get aches from being in a weird position, etc. Methadone on the other hand has killed my sex drive and it doesn't seem to be returning even though I have tapered by dose by 90% In fact lowering my dose seems to be making it worse. Strangely when I would get withdrawals from heroin I would have uncomfortably horny feelings and sometimes even spontaneous orgasm (not that I would actually feel like having sex most of the time because my skin would be unpleasantly sensitive and I would feel gross and sweaty and unattractive) but I don't get this with methadone at all. The last thing I'm interested in when feeling withdrawals from methadone is anything remotely to do with sex.

ETA: As for suggestions, stop using heroin? If that's not going to happen, try to have sex when you haven't just done some heroin, like before you do the heroin or when your last dose has almost worn off. Try having oral sex or other things that don't require an immediate boner. Of course you could try Viagra etc but I don't think that's a very good idea.

Not sure what the interactinos would be with Viagra. could try that..or Cialis. Anyone have any idea if this is unsafe in any way?

Well Viagra/Cialis in themselves are not risk-free, but I don't think that using it in conjunction with opiates should greatly increase the risks other than the risk of low blood pressure, or perhaps liver/kidney issues if it's used a lot. I was more concerned that the Viagra/Cialis would become a frequent thing and it's really not a good idea to use it when you don't truly need it. I think it would also help rationalize continuing to use heroin if you can just mask the adverse consequences of using heroin like decreased sex drive/sex performance.

Very good points. I was thinking back to my MDMA days but yeah, definitely not something that's reasonable on a daily basis.

Perhaps natural testosterone boosters could help?

Stop using heroin and opiates. This is always the end result of opiate addiction. In the beginning you can get hard and go for hours, after a while you can't get hard and your libido withers away.

That's not going to help. Try some L-Arginine. It's "natures viagra" and used to work for me when I was addicted to heroin. If that doesn't work try using a cock-ring in addition to it.

Guido hit the nail on the head. Opiates start out as being "better than viagra" for sex. Everything StartedHydro said is correct. This is usually on lower doses of "weaker" opiates, when they are still having great effect.

It DOESN"T stay that way though. Eventually when your doses get too high, or your sick often as not, you get times when you cannot get hard or blow if your life depended on it. Take too much Opana? Lucky if you can walk to the fridge, let alone get hard. Got no opiates in you today? Good luck fucking while sick as a dog. After awhile it becomes more of a shot in the dark: will this be the time you fuck better than Peter North or will it be the time your a limp dicked guy who cant get his girl off?

I would say the only way to treat this is to stop doing opiates. They fuck with your libido, testosterone, and cock. Not something most people wanna fuck with; ended up making me skinny as hell (to name one effect of testosterone loss) and bitchy, now i gotta work mad hard to put weight back on. For others this resulting hormone imbalance can make them fat and passive. Hormones fuck with everyone differently, which is why we're all born with our body releasing X amount over Y time. Best not to fux with it too much, especially before youre fully done growing.
