Stimulants Any proven reasons why I would get severe headaches for a week or more after?

Alright, I stockpile Dex 5mg IR and 10mg spansules since I have no use for them 5 days out of 7 like I used to, so I sometimes use em in about 40-50mg (spaced dosing) on nights when I visit my girl-friend when having sex marathons but only very rarely by myself.

I took some by myself pretty close in a row, I took about 60mg over 2 days by myself 2 weeks ago and I was fine, other than needing to sleep fucktons the next 2 days. I've acted a bit retarded because I could expect what happened when I took about 60-70mg in one night because goddamn tolerance rising so fast even by such seldom use...and I really shouldn't have, I put a stop to my speedin' when I started to get pins and needles in the back/scalp, ya know the typical pleasant sensation, but it wasn't pleasant then, it wasn't like when it is kicking in, it was a good 7-8 hours into it, then came the severe headache at the top of my neck/back of my skull...I ate 120mg of oxazepam (gotta eat a lot of that stuff for it to work..) and later I had to eat 25mg of seroquel (the tiny pink ones for sleep) because I was having this shitty extreme comedown feeling from just one night...with that disgusting feeling about yourself and feelings of guilt etc. I'm sure anybody who's real familiar with phets will know what i'm speaking of there.

Since then I get reall annoying head pressure pain in the same place, thankfully no more pins and needles, eye pain (same side), pressure behind the eye and ear even inside the left nostril/sinuses, and I can feel pressure lowering which does offer relief but it doesn't last long and then the pressure builds back up....

I was going on a pretty lucky streak where using only with my friend with many benefits during 1 or 2 days max at lower dosages was never leaving me with massive hangovers like that.

Even my left shoulder was having pins and needles when it happened, thing is, it didn't feel like those panic attacks I had from meth (orally) (methbombs) or medicinal speed, I wasn't having a massive adrenaline rush and there was no Fear coming in, just all these pains which usually will take a couple weeks to get over.....

Is that sign of old age ? lol, it really seems like once i've passed 28-29 years old the harsher speedin' becomes.

Yeah, when this happened I noticed how fucking thirsty I was without noticing it, it was an extremely hot and humid evening/night and I suddenly drank a 710ml bottle of mountain dew in one shot...I know all that caffeine counterbalances the hydration I might have got from it but I definitely felt better right away. But it's the very long post-speeding effects that worry me, it cannot still be dehydratation..

That's essentially a myth - caffeine is not very strong as a diuretic for most people who consume it with regularity. Fluid is still fluid!

My best guess is rebound vasodilation, like you'd see with caffeine withdrawal. Take it easy and keep hydrated, the older you get the less your body can deal with this kind of shit.

This seems reasonable as well. I used to get caffiene withdrawals and would get a pulsing headache on the side of my head. Very painful.
