with the decriminalized drugs, I mean? I'm imagining a utopia where drug addicts can go about their lives, have jobs, have friends, without the constant fear of all the things that we people have to fear on the other side of the pond?

Interesting article but not enough data, especially since buying drugs may still be criminalized and there doesn't seem to be much research into drug use other than weed and heroin.
