Any mmt success stories????

Hello all,I don't know if this is quite the right place for this post so forgive me if not,
I'm going to be starting on an mmt soon(hopefully).

I am curious to hear anyone with a success story about finally getting clean and using mmt to do so.

I tend to hear more bad than good about methadone treatment but I cannot do this on my own,I've tried many times to taper or cold turkey but it never works for long.

The dark days of paws are just to much for me,I have issues to begin with and throw in paws and your asking for it,the only time(s) in my life when I've actually given serious
thought about suicide and that scares the hell out of me.

have you given suboxone outpatient a shot ? If not I would recommend that road first.

yes,but my only prob is that I am allergic to sub,I got hives and my throat and face swelled up and was severely ill for days with a high fever from 8mg,never again,I can get sick just thinking about that nasty orange death

jesus, yea fuck that then dude lol - look i was on MMT for 2 years - honestly I would be real cautious bout it , longest / worst kick of my life was from methadone - I wasn't ready to be on it for the rest of my life , so demoralizing waiting in line on christmas day for a cup of shitty tasting methadone. I'd rather run streets than do that again in all honesty. It's easier to kick dope than methadone.

It most likely will just prolong the agony. But that is just my opinion!

And I saw you mentioned PAWS. If are fearful of PAWS stay the fuck away from methadone. Methadone PAWS are far far worse!
