I'm just curious to everyone's experience with methamphetamine and how long it could take to completely detox from.
3 days on averageI'm just curious to everyone's experience with methamphetamine and how long it could take to completely detox from.
The only time I'm depressed is when my friends don't want to go score for me if I give them the money :/Everyone should be entitled to put whatever they want in their bodies and I don't cast judgement on anyone. But to think that you can casually do meth on a daily basis and not have any consequences? If you bring meth and heroin into your regular using life you're bound to lose something.
Even people who are lighter users and use 2-3 times a week end up feeling some sort of lethargy/brain fog and depression after cessation. For a good majority of folks meth is not something you can dabble in like adderall or cocaine. It's too potent. You'll be crossing state boundaries to get it, self-rationalizing, etc.
Anyway have fun be safe everyone.

I enjoy having thick fat crystals in my metal MLB container . Meth to me doesn't cost that much dude.. I can spend $10 bucks on it and it will last me the whole week because I really just enjoy collecting crystals so I can use them when I get bored out of my mind.
I havnt lost anything on meth. Shit there was one time I was short 2 dollar's and only had 8 bucks on me so my connect just told me if I had a extra lighter on me , and I gave him 8 bucks plus a bic lighter . And he hooked me up fat. When I was addicted to weed I lost more shit and sold more of my personal belongings to score weed. I once traded in my Bass guitar that cost $850 bucks and sold it to a pawn shop for $150 just to get an ounce of weed. I was selling my soul way more to weed then on meth. Thank God I choose to start using meth because of meth I kicked my weed habit.
Weed for me was an evil dumb addiction that was costing me $390 bucks a month buying 2 grams of Afghan Kush a day which was $35 bucks a day spent on weed so at times I was spending over $460-500 dollar's a month on weed. Weed ruined my bank account. I only spend $30 dollar's a month on meth. So to me I'm saving more money while getting a much better longer high.
METH GIVES YOU BRAINS LOL
METH GIVES YOU BRAINS LOL
There are 70 years old homeless Mexicans in California who do meth and slang that shit . I don't know any 70 years old on heroin. Because everyone on heroin dies at age 30-40Well it does make you think really fast
It's just concerning the amount of threads that have been about methamphetamine use lately. I'm not a DARE officier or anything, but the drug in particular has more side effects than heroin (physically) and it should be mentioned how many people can't control their use long term. At least with heroin you can recover and walk away with your brain in tact as it actually recovers close to 100%. Meth use takes a little bit out of you each time you do it. You're on borrowed time with your health not to mention staying awake for days at a time on its own is damaging in its own right. I don't know what the goal of this post is because meth users aren't concerned about any of this and that's the scariest part. Just to state that it's neurotoxic as fuck and people aren't acknoledging it. If you do know that and still use it daily then more power to you I guess. Anyone who has done meth over the course of over and year will tell you better than I can what will happen to you--and none of them have anything good to say about it. If you use it to be more productive then do you really need methamphetamine over pharmaceutical stimulants? It's too fucking strong.
I'd be interested to know if high purity meth has less negative impacts on your health. Some people talk about the highest quality of meth not having any comedown at all.
I want to snort glass meth all day long and fuck big booty latina women !. Dam I love Glass meth it's so fuckin powerful and bad ass . I just wish the world knew how I'm feeling . I love it so dam much .
I hate to break the news to you, but heroin and other opiates are very much neurotoxic lol.Well it does make you think really fast

To say that they're flat-out not, seems shortsighted. Any illicitly manufactured drugs, lacking any real uniformity in production, that are used as frequently as your typical addict does, are going to cause some synaptic degradation. Opiates might be easier on you physically as far as cell damage, (comparing volume per volume) but i've come across so many more H addicts that have overdosed, been clinically dead, homeless, or just had lasting emotional issues after quitting.
Point being its no better than meth.
Actually came across this a while back too lol

The Many (Surprising) Health Benefits of Meth
In low, pharmaceutical-grade doses, meth may actually repair and protect the brain in certain circumstances.psmag.com
Meth is a stimulant .I'm always open to arguments and such but I have to disagree on this. Opiates are definitely not neurotoxic. Do they have a reputation of destroying lives potentially more than ANY other substance in existence? For sure. And do they cause an obscene amount of deaths and overdoses? Definitely.
But the weird part of the curse is that if you walk away you brain will recover (eventually). The only long term damage is that in heavier heroin use the organs begin to fail over tiime or if you are not dosed with narcan soon enough during an overdose you could succumb to some brain damage from the lack of oxygen. Otherwise, your hormone levels and brain areas that shrink during uses are temporary and go back to normal with time. I'm tired of meth users downplaying the effects of their DOC like it's LSD or weed. I've seen people ruin their entire futures and be locked into addiction for decades when it comes to opiates and remain unable to escape--but I've seen two seasoned addicts completely deterioriate mentally from heavy amphetamine use and NEVER get their stable thought back. People who do heroin don't get locked into permanent states of psychosis from heavy use or be prone to severe paranoia. I'm stating more prominent examples of methamphetamine abuse but in 10 years from meth use you will have a less benign opinion in my opinion.
You've got a limited amount of times that you can do meth before it takes something you won't be able to recover. I don't think that meth is as bad as the media has made it out to be or the breaking bad show but it is definitely not a mild harmless substance. We know it to be neurotoxic because of how it causes dopamine to burst from the receptors all at once. It's also horrible for your teeth and lungs but this can be mitigated a little bit depending on smoking habits.
I kind of want more users to post in this thread with experience on meth beyond 5 years and see what they have to say about it personally. Not because I think that I'm right--I just really want to gather more opinions on the substance in longer term use.
ya it takes 7 days without using to get a decent amount of dopamine back so you can feel the happy joyful euphoric feeling. It’s been 4 1/2 years since I used, but I remember the cycle like it was yesterday.
After 1 week recovery, I would think I was back to normal. After 2 weeks, I felt even better. After weeks 3 and 4 it was hard to notice the positive increase from sobriety, but they were definitely there.
So personally I say 2 weeks, but up to a month before successfully connecting your dopamine receptors back to everyday tasks and accomplishments.
