Any evidence to link smoking marijuana with male human lactation?

I ran a few search queries before posting this and came up empty, so basically, I want to know if this is bullpoo or not.

In the video "Marijuana in the '90s", the speaker, in his televangelist tone, posits that smoking marijuana caused a man to lactate. I argued this point as being ridiculous with the discussion moderator in my class, and she said that the smoking caused his testosterone hormones to drop, and his estrogen levels were out of balance leading to the male lactation. I still don't buy it.

According to wikipedia, "Lactation requires the presence of estrogen, progesterone and prolactin," all of which exist in males and females. So I guess the components are there, but my understanding is that lactation happens from pregnancy, and the occurence of it outside pregnancy is exceptional.

If anyone knows the science, please educate me so I can relay it in my next class.

sounds like grade A 90s propaganda bullshit to me. I can't see cannabis lowering test and boosting esto that significantly.

Honestly, I haven't found anything to prove it's not bullshit.

I wish that these stupid substance abuse classes weren't so full of crap. And I know the moderator is probably marking me as confrontational.

if it IS true, the sources of information would be readily available, if it's bullshit, like I am 99.9% sure it is, then there probably isn't the best study on it. No evidence points to cannabis altering est/test anywhere near the level that hormones would require to transform your body. Here's a small blurb i was able to run across, i can look for citations but found non - this is a silly subject.

It can occasionally be a side effect of antipsychotic medication. Marijuana use is also thought by some to be a possible cause; however, published data is contradictory.

Its called gynocomastia, cant believe im going to say this here but........

im male 27 now, about 5 years ago i was a heavy weed smoker, i got this lump behind my right nipple, it slowly got bigger and bigger untill my nipple looked like a puffy female nipple. (only my right nipple did this)

anyway i got worried and went to the doctors, the doctor thought i may have male breast cancer (this is also rare but does happen)
so he referred me to a specialist.

when at the specialists office they did an ultrasound of it and i waited in the docs room for results/ultimatum.
not shitting you at all, the doctor walked in and said "So how much weed do you smoke?" and i was like ?? trying to act like what you mean? haha

so i confessed and the doc said if you stop smoking i guarantee it will disappear within 2 weeks, so i stopped smoking and it disappeared.

now i didn't express milk at all, just the right hand side of me looked like a horny flat chested porn star, could have been coincidence with the weed causing it but i did not mention any weed at all and i don't look like a stoner etc....

Sorry didnt explain it properly, the doctor called it gynocomastia and said (put bluntly) the weed was effecting my hormones and was causing the right hand nipple to build female breast tissue.

It sounds like she had no idea WTF she was talking about.

Cannabis doesn't hurt your testosterone levels. Testosterone eventually is either converted to dihydrotestosterone, which is several times more potent than testosterone, or it aromatizes into estrogens.

A lack of testosterone and a surplus of estrogen would cause lactation AFAIK, not a lack of both.
