Among the bones of artists
lay my body to rest
Morrison, Hendrix and Tupac
allow my corpse to be blessed
Perfume my casket with patchouli and myrrh
I'll leave breathing heaven within
Promise you'll read my poetry
I'll die holding my pen
Lace my lips with ecstasy
so eternal will be my pleasure
Remember me as a revolutionary
continue my fight forever
Remember the good times
when you pay your respects
Celebrate my life
allow yourself to be blessed
Remember what I stood for
become the soldier I was
Believe in my words
tell me I was loved
