I was talking to someone from BB.com because Jack3d was on back order and they recommended animal pump as an alternative. They said everyone they've talked to in the office loved it and all the reviews elsewhere had been positive.
 
How many days worth do you get in that Animal Pak?

Do you really only have 2 days worth for $22 (Normally $44!!! 8o ) ????
 
you're technically supposed to take 2 animal packs a day....I would only take 1 preworkout

As far as which to order...they are both completely different products...I'd buy NO shotgun by VPX before superpump anyday.

I'm sorry but this is a ridiculous product.

Its a marketing gimmick, please spend your money on a sound multivitamin/mineral.

But hey, if you think its working for you, then by all means. That's my view though.
 
animal pak is cheap compared to other supps and it is effective...superpump is more of a waste of money..

I'm of the camp that thinks supplements (except for a few) are a waste of money.
I take a multi vitamin, its nothing special, and I only take half a tablet a day.

I really think that most people overkill it with supplements...
I mean come on, 22 pills?

Then again, I make sure I eat fruits and veggies and a varied diet.

I'm not saying don't take a good multi, but this animal pak for the purposes of most likely everyone on this forum just seems like it would be overkill to me.

Not even if you sprinkle some cheese?
