****Disclaimer- This is a bad combo, AMT is an MAO inhibitor, and shouldn’t be mixed with many other things, what I did was stupid and should not be repeated by the light of heart, luckily I had a good trip****
Well it’s Friday night, I’m housesitting for a friend of the family, and it’s the day before my 21st birthday, so I decide to throw a small gathering of my closest friends.
My buddy J shows up first, we smoke a couple bowls of KB and down a beer. Next T and L show up to join in on the festivities. Within the next hour my friends K and A show up. Me, J, T and K decide around 8:30 to pop our caps of AMT, I took about 50mg. I was quite baked at this point. I’m very, very stupid at this point, my head is extremely cloudy, oh well. At around 9:30 Me J and T decide its time to pull out the lady salvia we all have learned to love. I think J went first, he got sucked in real deep into the world of salvia, he ended up running outside about 5 minutes into his trip, not sure if he was alive, and jumped face first into the snow outside, that made him realize he was still alive! T went next, he took his three hits ad sat back on the couch. About 5 minutes later he slipped out of his little world, didn’t know what to say, about 20 minutes later he was able to describe his trip, he said he was running through the jungle and could feel the plants brushing up against his body, very deep trip. Next was my turn, hehe. I filled up about 120mg. of the 5x extract and puff away. I had my buddies throw on a Harry Connick Jr. album, and I let lady salvia take me over. As I’m sitting there I begin to see a huge head on the right side of me, I’m not sure if my eyes were opened or closed. As I look at the head more closely I notice it’s Harry’s Connick’s head. I then notice that there are particles floating by slowly from the left side of my view towards Harry’s mouth. I look closely at these particles and I notice that they are the lyrics to his song, and they are going into Harry’s mouth. Then I notice that there is something else floating by headed towards his open mouth, its me! My body was stretched out into tiny pieces and was floating across my view and headed right towards Harry’s mouth. By the time half of me has gone into his mouth, I see a figure standing in front of me, I tell it to pick me up, and I put out my hands, I begin to get upset and keep telling this figure to pick me up. So he picked me up, it was T, he lifter me out of my trip, and I was back to reality just like that!
Soon five more friends show up, we spark up a bowl and pass it around, I’m just getting dumber and dumber as time goes by. Finally my three BL’ers show up. Yippie. We all just sit around and shoot the breeze for a while, the K breaks out the K, hehe, I knew I shouldn’t take a bump, but I hadn’t had K in sooooo long, and my buddy said he cooked it himself and it was super good. So I went ahead and took a couple bumps. Wham within 5 minutes I felt it, best K I have had in soo long, it just sent me into another planet. At this point in time (roughly 11:30pm) I wasn’t noticing any visuals that I should have been experiencing from the AMT. But who cares, I’m fucked up! Next L breaks out some Amyl Nitrate, hmmm, I have heard of this stuff but never tried it, so I decide to take a couple whiffs, it comes on like a freight train out of no where, my whole world becomes a huge bubble and I am inside it, all of a sudden a large pressure is forcing itself on me, and within 5 minutes its gone, hehe, I like this stuff I say.
Around 1:30 I decide to smoke some more weed. I take just a couple hits, and wham, I begin to peak off my AMT, the visuals are everywhere, colors are jumping out of no where, my whole body begins to trip, I feel amazing, I lay down on the floor and begin to writhe in joy of the feeling. I look at my friends’ faces, they begin to morph into lizard-like creatures, I love it, this is amazing, I have never had visuals this intense from AMT before. Everywhere I look things are pulsating and I can feel every breath that everyone takes. I never want to leave this place I am in. All of a sudden my head de-fogs and I begin to think clearly again, this is obviously the amphetamine side of the AMT shining through. (*Side note* in TIHKAL it is noted that AMT is an analog of amphetamine) Anyways, I begin a discourse with my friends about how the world is run by “drugs’ not necessarily drugs like MDMA, coke, meth…etc. but things that can act as a drug, like killing, sex and food. I begin to rant on about how the government or the “higher being” is controlling us with our addictions for these “drugs”. I wont get into my whole spat, but I talked for about 2 and a half hours about the creation and evolution of mankind, it was quite interesting if you ask me.
Finally around 4:30 in the morning I take another bump of K and some more Amyl, and just sit and chill and let the visuals take over. I think it was at this time that K decided he wanted to try some salvia, he has never met our lovely lady salvia before, we knew this would be interesting. I packed about 110mg. for him and gave him the instructions. Damn did this kid trip hard! As I watched him tripping and watching his movements I could feel what he was feeling, I have been through the same exact trip he went through. He saw his whole existence peeling away and he was trying to grab it as it peeled away, utterly amazing if you ask me, that more than one person can experience a similar trip from a plant (my uncle and best friend have experienced the “peeling away trip”.
At about 5:30 or so everyone is passing out like flies. So T and me who are still tripping face off the AMT throw on one of my all time favorite movies, “The Dark Crystal”! Holy shit! All I can say is AMAZING, I have seen the movie about 20 times my entire life, but I have never seen it like this before, it had a whole new meaning to it, it explained the creation and possible destruction of the world to me, I was blown away, and I am pretty sure T was blown away too. The eye candy that this movie gave me was out of this world! Colors and sounds were all melding to make a masterpiece. I highly suggest getting this movie next time you plan on tripping, a warning though, it can be a little scary to some, it has some freaky creatures in it that would scare the light at heart when tripping face.
The movie ended, so we waked everyone up and smoked another bowl and headed out to Mickey D’s for breakfast, I think we came back and I just slept all day till 5:00 at night, got up showered, and went to the casino with my mom and J for my 21st B-day! I felt like I had ran a marathon, I was sore and totally out of synch with the world, but god damn did I have the greatest time of my life!
