Amps and the Vastly Difficult Task of Sleep: Solutions, Tips, Suggestions & Questions

Just thought that people kept asking about things like this, myself included so I thought that there should be a thread with all of it under one roof, so to speak.

First, I have a tip. Before, during, and after dosing the amphetamines (provided you are not vaporizing, as this will not work out the way you would want it to due it vaporized methamp's fast entry into the system and the short duration of the peak) take 300mg of any type of chelated magnesium (chelated means it is more easily and efficiently absorbed into the system. Another tip is to take lots of antioxidants, like green or white tea, or any form of cannabis this helps to prevent/reduce neurotoxicity. Also some other supplements that would help sleep are 5htp/l-tryptophan (essentially the same thing), Vitamin B6, melatonin, Valerian root, passionflower, and kava kava. If you have benzos or another GABAergic, then i reccomend smoking some high quality pot or hash and then taking waiting about an hour, and taking the benzo/GABAergic, valerian, and melatonin together. if you are have not redosed and are not using methamphetamine, the GABAergic alone will probably suffice.

The morning after waking up form this slumber, you may be dopamine defficient, and lethargic and depressed as a result. take 100mgs of l-tyrosine on a completely empty stomach, and you'll be straight. son't eat for at least 1.5 hours after taking l-tyrosine, as it competes with other amnio acids, and the you may not get the benefits from it.

I'm not a master at these things, i keep trying to find new ways of making the comedown from amps gentler and easier to sleep on, general harm reduction, as to avoid depression, neurotoxicity, and amphetamine psychosis, among other health & safety measures. i have a question to ask ayone who knows, if dramamine taken in a low dose after about four or five hours after vaping meth would be effective? ive heard somewhere that it actually potentiates the meth, and that it wont work, but a few people have told me that it should work. if this is an effective sleep aid for amphetamine crashes (don't tell me to just get benzos, their impossible to find in my town, at least from the places i get my drugs at) how long after smoking the meth would i have to wait before taking the dramamine to actually be able to fall asleep? normally i just use valerian, kava, b6, and passionflower, but those are all only very mild sedatives, which are ultimately ineffective in counteracting a strong stimulant like meth. but dramamine will knock me out if i am simply having a non-amp induced insomnia, whereas the other supplements will only relax me alittle bit, but not put me to sleep efficiently. also when you reccomend a remedy/cure/suppliment that you think will work for everybody, please include the amount of time after dosing what substance, and try to include as many ROAs and as different types of amphetamines as you can as to be helpful to as many users as possible.

so yeah, if you have a comedown rememdy that i havent mentioned already you have had positive results with, or a question or suggestion about supplements to take before during or after amphetamine use, please post them here.

About ten hours after you smoke, you should be able to sleep on dramamine or benadryl. For me, after four hours sleep is out of the question, unless it was some really crappy stuff.

My usual remedy is like a bandaid compared to actually fixing the problem, but it works for the time being. When I get amphetamines, I make sure to have 3 strong (or weak, depending on your tolerance) opiates and 3 prescription sleeping pills on me. When I start feeling crappy and coming-downish, I'll take the first opiate. When that wears off, I take the second opiate. 2 or 3 hours after taking that, I take half the other opiate and one of of the sleeping meds (I usually use seroquel). If that doesn't knock me out, I take another sleeping pill.

That usually gets me to sleep, and when I wake up in the morning if I still feel crappy, I'll just take the other sleeping pill and the half-pill of opiates and sleep half the day away. I usually feel a lot better when I wake up the second time.

I mentioned l-tyrosine, which will give you back the dopamine you lost, making you feel a lot better the morning after, as well as a fair bit more energized and happy, not euphorically happy, just back to normal. Also taking antioxidants can help with the hangover as well, combatting both depression and neurotoxicity, both of which are factors in how you feel the next day. Usually I take a lot of antioxidants to make up for the fact that it takes soo long for me to able to go to sleep after stimulants that my neurotoxicity is increased greatly, requiring me to take extra antioxidants: in other words, I get really baked, and this helps combat brain damage from meth, so you have fun while at the same time excercising harm reduction. I do t see anyonewould choose not to do this as its saving you a lot of brain damage, and also getting high simultaneously. I would recommend that you take a LOT of antioxidants before and/or after if you have issues the morning after smoking meth. Some common antioxidants off the top of my head are green and white tea, weed, and vitamin c. I recommend that you take the green tea before, and then take the vitamin c at the crash, and if you like pot with with, smoke it in the middle of your session, if not just smoke it at the comedown. Weed will also help stimulate appetite, which will help if you haven't eaten in several hours or a few days, because e crash is worse when you have an empty stomach, but the weed will also promote physical relaxation, making the jitters go away, and leaving you with your opiates and sleeping pills which are unsafe and unnessecary to take in the amounts you claim to be taking them in. I would recommend losing the opiates and just taking the benzo, as opiates may cause additional side effects that will not help you. If the benzo doesn't put you to sleep then if you have access to trazadone, seroquel or any other anti psychotic, those will put you to sleep better than the opiates but you'll feel like shit for the time before you sleep and for a few hours after you wake up, thus counteracting the other measures above that I suggested to feel better in the morning. Benzos should be sufficient though, as Xanax for me will turn a hellish crash into a blissful carefree sleepy feeling, almost recycling some of the euphoria from the meth, but in a sedating manner similar to the feeling of coming down from pure MDMA but your first time when you didn't get depressed from the crash, but instead had the pleasant afterglow of the MDMA mixed with the exhaustion also from the crash... For the few minutes before I pass the fuck out.
 
ALL TIME SOLUTION:

background first... I literally have the worst reactions to stimulants. I used to snort only 20 mg's of dexmethylphenidate and within 30 minutes... I would get a crash and feel like ass and not sleep for 8 hours, amphetamines were worse... so NOW! i finally found the solution: my drug of choice Oxycodone. This is interchangable with any opiate to be honest but oxy is best cause you can dose low and still get a good wave of euphoria/tiredness without over doing it and wasting a high on a come down.

I snorted focalin (dexmethylphenidate) to study, 4 hours later, done studying, shitty ass come down still doing its thing - pop 15 mgs of oxy and within 30 minutes I am feeling amazing, and within an hour I am asleep. Next, snorted ampheds, same thing!

Telling you, benzos might counter act paranoia, and sleeplessness but oxy counteracts EVERYTHING even the depression and lethargy.
Pharmacy-wise, opiates will replenish dopamine as well as warm you up and slow down your CNS back to a normal level or a little lower lol (which is good...)

sorry if this sounds not technical and ill informed, but it's 100% working

Now I'm just pissed because I can't get any opiates -_- I was talking about supplements and things like that. This thread doesn't seem to be going anywhere, was expecting people to post their own questions and answers or whatever.

Opiates are made for stim crashes, if I could get some I wouldn't spend so much damn time trying to find a sedative to sleep on after speeding. Thanks for your suggestion though.
