Hi, my friend who is a long time amphetamine user was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism after getting a blood clot in her leg. She has since given up injecting it but is struggling a great deal to stay off completely and has taken a small amount orally this evening. Is this dangerous? I know that's a stupid question but what I mean is should I be calling her an ambulance? Do people still continue to take amphetamines after being diagnosed? I'm worried for her as she believes taking it orally and in moderation will be fine as others she knows still inject.
Thanks in advance
