Stimulants (Amphetamine) Will Vitamins/Supplements Stop Me from Getting the Speed/Meth look?

I'm addicted to amphetamine and ephedrine.
For the ephedrine, I take the ECA capsules, not the ephedrine hydrochloride pills. I take three caps three times a day which is 270mg ephedrine total (with 1170mg caffeine and 270mg aspirin).
On an average day I take around 350mg of amphetamine.

Because I used to be bulimic (I don't eat anymore) I'm prescribed a lot of prescription-strength supplements (Multivitamin, Vitamin B Strong Complex, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Iron..). Will I still end up looking like Ellen Burstyn in Requiem for a Dream (very pale, bulgey-eyed, dramatic weight-loss) or not? I know chonic drug-abuse, the related psychosis, rapid significant weight loss and dehydration are causes, but surely the paleness, cracked lips, haunted look etc are from malnutrition?

EDIT: Oh and I use benzo's to sleep, although I get less sleep than usual, so sleep deprivation isn't such a big factor...having said that, I believe in Requiem for a Dream she was given Barbiturates to knock her out at night.

As long as you're not deficient in any nutrient, get enough sleep, eat enough, and drink enough, you shouldn't get that meth look.
Oh and brush your teeth 3 times a day.

Sleep, diet and personal hygiene are the key elements. Invest in a good exfoliating skin scrub/face wash to help with removing nasty oils from your skin. Multi-vitamins and supplements isn't a substitute for reasonable nutrition. Protein shakes can be helpful. There is a REALLY great supplement that offers phyto minerals it is rather expensive but I swear by it. http://www.martinandpleasance.com/brands/vital/about-vital-greens/ I is marketted under different names obviously outside of Australia. Im not sure what names though sorry...

EDIT: Also a mouth wash for dry-mouth is also great to reduce enamel decay on your teeth. Biotene is a brand available here in Australia.

^^^All this.

Hydration is super important if you don't want to get that "sucked up" look, but without proper nutrients, your hair and skin will still suffer.

Biotene is great advice on the dental front, swishing water. Ensure, protein drinks...stuff like that all helps...

But if I had to say one thing if we're strictly talking about appearance: It's hydration, and the Biotene or hydrating mouthwash so your gums don't dry out...if you don't plan on completely quitting that is!;)
