Amphetamine & Mephedrone

Hello ladies and gentlemen of BL.

Got a question, i can start of by writing that i have no wide experience with this Mephedrone.
Ive just tried it once before, snorted about 1/3 of a gram but i can't remember much of those days -
was so wasted on alcohol, bensos and amphetamine.

Now my question - is there any known risks with combining amphetamine(Euro street powder) and Mephedrone?
Like that serotonine syndrome or what its called? Or any other risks?

On saturday my mate gets some Mephedrone, i was thinking of slamming about 200mg amphetamine
after ive woken up and then maybe 4-6h later start doing the mephedrone.
Will i feel less effects/euphoria from the mephedrone because i used amphetamine prior?

From what I've read, mephedrone taken alone has a pretty significant cardio-load, so mixing with other stimulants is likely a bad idea.

That said, having a little (not gacked to the gills) of another stimulant in your system should not block the euphoria or other fx.

mushrooms_23: Im not sure im going to IV the mephedrone. Well i most certainly will try one shot just to taste the feel of it but i think im going to snort mostly.
Mainly because i read a trip-report of a person who IVed mephedrone and to him it was more sedating when IVed, and on this saturday im looking for a more speedy mood.
But well see how it feels.

Would Clonazepam relieve some of the stress on the heart?

Methylone is unscheduled. Why do you fuck around with mephedrone which is not quite a stimulant like amphetamine and not quite an entheogen like MDMA. I don't really see the point of mixing these two. What effect do you want to achieve by doing that?

Combining stimulants, especially an analogue of cathinone with amphetamines, leads to a greater risk of Myocardial infarction aka. heart attack.

why do any amphetamine at all? mephedrone has a much more mellow coke like head and speed is all craked out and rough on the system. a mephedrone comedown is barely nothing but a speed comedown is god awfull depression and guilt. one you pop with meph you dont stop so leave the amphetamine alone or you might pay for it badly.

combining speed with coke ruined the high of the coke. meph is very euphoric anyway-why not slam a small amount of meph (although from a harm reduction point of view dont slam anything stimulant if you dont want your arteries to harden and crack in your forties or fifties). stick to the euphoric non harsh chemical(meph) over the cheap rush followed by a body burnout(speed)

methylone leaves a terrible paranoia and anguish comedown like speed. mephedrone comedown barely existent.

therefore its obvious why meph is preferable:D

I find the come down to feel like i'm physcially and mentally drained..

+ I don't mind the speed comedown.. but that might be because i go on multi-day binges.. only coming down when my head is not capable of remembering it.

"slamming" usually refers to IV. Do not IV mephedrone.

I wouldn't do them together like someone else said there is no need. Stick with the mmcat and save the amp for a rainy day. your body might be able to handle it but why risk it, you'd have plenty of fun on mephedrone itself, and dont stick 1/3 a gram up your nose on the first go. start with maybe 1/10th wait 20 mins and do another 50mg or so.

I skipped the amphetamine for today. Thing is i do amphetamine on a daily basis so the morning dose is almost something ritualistic.
But as said..
Started doing mephedrone some hours ago, snorting gives a quick onset but leaves pretth quickly.
So im sticking to oral administation, more speedy rush and longer acting!
I wont IV the meph. And maybe i IV a dose of amphetamine later on when the meph is gone.

Im going to a rave soon, and i plan on doing amps bcause of its long lasting effects. I was wondering if i planned to take say 500mg of meph (4mmc) at some point during this rave for some euphoria, what the effects may be of this?

-Is it a dangerous combination (i have tried mephedrone already by itself and accept the risk profile of this alone), if so what advice would you give in terms of dosing/usage/physical activity to minimise possible dangers.

-Will the amp negate/ reduce the euphoria of meph? will this be a waste of good meph? (i guess im looking for someone tht has experience with this)

Combining powerful CNS stims with Meph is asking for bad things. Especially if you're going to be hot and moving around a bunch. I advise you not to do it.

^ I find meph to be pretty meh IV'd personally. Also, being addicted doesn't preculde "stopping it" - just means you have to actually want to stop it

Meph + phet = ick of the highest degree. Horrid combo with death being a more likely outcome than a degree of fun worth the entry fee

i dont have much experience with meph so i dunno what to tell you about that specific mix but mixing multiple uppers prob carries some of the same risks which are basically associated with the usual risks of upper usage just bumped up a couple degrees b/c u are using two of them.

by the way, it has been awhile since your last post on slamming methylphenidate and i just wanted to say you english seems to be getting significantly better, your grammer has come a long ways since that post and i dont mean to sound derogetory or condesending just tryin to congradulate

given that in the short time meph has been available and used in excess (six-eight months for a lot of Uk users) and that there are significant health concerns being raised already re this around vascilitus (google blue knee and meph) it may well be advisable to wait a while before fixing an untested drug.

however if you do please post any serious or lesser health impacts for general consumption, who knows your loss could be someone else's gain !

Tried mephedrone a few days ago after an unsuccessful amphetamine "binge" (0h with >1g of the below average UK shit)..

Was interesting to try but don't feel like ever taking it again -- and although the closest drugs I can relate it to would be MDMA/MDA/2CB it doesn't come even close to those in terms of the impact. I only took no more than .5g (part orally, part nasally) though but well to be frank I don't like drugs which need to be consumed in enormous amounts to have any effect.

I could feel a certain "stiffness" in the chest the next day which is kind of unusual but during the trip the heart rate was steady and the blood pleasure nothing out of ordinary. I'm a long time regular phet user though so my heart is used to the constant presence of stimulants in the bloodstream. Didn't notice any extra vasoconstriction either (again, from my speed use I've learnt that in order to avoid it it's more important to keep your feet dry than warm and it has worked for me since).
