I find it to be more effective than acetaminophen or NSAI's and about on par with opioids for mild to moderate pain.

For example I hurt my foot and today I could barely walk on it I was in so much pain. I snorted 10mg of dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) and almost instantly walking didnt hurt at all anymore and I can even run with no pain. It only hurts when I press on it hard and not as much

The biggest plus to amphetamine vs opioids is it does not cause physical dependency at normal doses even with long periods of usage. Also tolerance doesn't develop anywhere near as fast as opioids.

It's easy to fake ADD/ADHD so if you have chronic pain it shouldn't be too hard to get a prescription.

I also found meth a very effective pain killer.. I broke my back and was hospitalized for 10 days where I was pumped full of morphine which didn't touch the sides... I was on oxys, trammies and end ones.. It wasn't until I had a good whack of shard that I finally didn't feel pain..

reasonably accurate IMO

and about on par with opioids for mild to moderate pain.

uhh, this can range from reasonable again, to not even close. depends on which opioid youre talking about and at what dosages

true

false

maybe try it a bit more than one time and see how it kills pain. you are just too distracted to notice the pain, but it is still there if you dont keep yourself occupied

opiates more or less just keep you occupied with warm painkilling goodness on their own. batteries are included so to speak

all amphetamines will cause muscle tension so your theory is instantly false for the record. Again, you just dont notice it if you are keeping busy. Personally my neck and back hurt like hell on amphetamines

^^I still get a buzz from 10mg of dexedrine and I've been on it for years. When I was doing heroin my tolerance skyrocketed soo fast it was crazy. I had the same injury before (a missed shot in my foot) and even on a 10 bag shot of heroin I'd still be in excruciating pain when walking (to be fair it's not as bad this time). IME opioids lose there effectiveness much faster.

meth and amphetamines are well known as painkillers because norepinephrine release causes the sensation of pain to be blocked. this is also why drugs like tramadol and tapentadol are better than plain opioids for painkilling effects.[ref]

it's not all bullshit.

A buzz from 10mg of dexedrine ? I wish I could reset my amphetamine tolerance so I could accomplish something similar lol...

Comment/question I know meth amphetamine tolerance builds very rapidly...would there be any difference at all at the pace regular or d-amphetamine tolerance build?

Man...if there was one thing I cojld remove from the entire drug world would be tolerance.... its my worst nemesis.

my neck literally feels like I could crack it 24/7 on meth and it would never feel right.

My back also gets really tight as well.

again, im sure it works better than tylenol, but if im in serious pain im not looking for meth right off the bat.
