can anyone explain the difference between regular ole calias (tadalafil) and amino tadalafil (chinese RC)

was sold 30mg was taiwan dose and up to 50mg for us fat americans lol

All I can tell you is that it looks like they replaced a methyl with a nitrogen, no relevant info about hypothetical activity or dosage, sorry!
