So emberaasing enough, I'll say I've been on opiates for probobly 3 years whether it be hydro, oxy, or subs. Recently I've gotten a pretty high dosage (about 250-300mg) going lately on oxy's. I've got a problem that I've always had to some extent, but recently, it has gotten much worse: I'll just jerk all-the-sudden. Out of the blue, I will have a panick feeling and then I'll jerk like I'm falling. This is an uncontrollable thing, so I'm hoping this isn't a precurser of something bad.

opiate WD's/addictions dont generally result in seizures i dont think..?
if you were to say benzo's or alcohol or any other GABA agonist i would think otherwise.. but even with those youd have to be hitting them pretty hard or over a longer period of time for that to happen..

Its probably vertigo.
I have a really horrible case of it.
and after i use (meth, oxy, thizz, even marijuana) i get bad spasms and blury vision
Sometimes i even pass out, which is dangerous.
if your standing or walking when you have any of these. try to stay very still or sit.
My method of helping my vertigo is to drink lots and lots of water and enough sleep.
Id slow down on the amount of drugs your taking.

I'm a severe epileptic that has all sorts of seizures (petit-mal, grand-mal, partial, myoclonic, etc) and from the description it doesn't sound like your going to have seizures.
