I basically know the answer is no but I'm so fucking confused. I take my adderall as prescribed and yet for the first time in a year, I am not feeling anything from it. Here is what I am feeling though, which is why I ask about withdrawl....

I have been foggy headed, slammed with anxiety, sick to my stomach, my killer migraines are returning, as is my depression. I'm having vivid dreams or really more like nightmares. And I'm having suicidal thoughts.

I know all this sounds very tame and I don't mean any insults to anyone who has experienced legitimate withdrawl, I'm just...I don't know. I've dealt with anxiety and depression for 10 years now and the last time I felt anything close to this, I was tripping on a cocktail I had been saving up and was in the process of trying to break my ankle....

Is it possible I've built up a tolerance to all my meds and my body is reacting as if it's no longer receiving them?

It's difficult for me to say what my impressions are without more knowledge.

Do you use any drugs recreationally, and if so, how frequently?

I'm assuming you get those effects while on your adderall? People can think less clearly and become depressed both without enough stimulation and with too much. Since adderall is a pwoerful stimulant, it might probably be making you anxious, and nausea can come about from anxiety if it's strong, and also nightmares. I don't know a lot about migraines. If you're having suicidal thoughts please talk to a doctor at length about them. We aren't really equipped to deal with that beyond telling you to see a doctor right away,

What may be going on is that your body and brain are trying to tell you that the added stress of taking adderall is too much for them to be healthy, at least at this point.
