I don't understand am I greenlight or bluelight? What is purpose of this forum?

The main purpose of this forum (if you mean Bluelight as a whole and not Support) is to educate people about safer use of drugs, and to discuss them in a healthy and controlled harm reduction environment.
You're a greenlighter (except I'm not sure why it says registered user). Anyone who is under 50 posts is a Greenlighter, kind of like being on a green card in the United States. You have most of the privileges as a Bluelighter, but not all of them. Some of the privileges you don't have are that you're limited to sending a single Private Message every few hours, you can't access The Lounge, and you don't have a Blog.
