Opioids Alternative to phenrghan

Okay so no I have a bouch of 30mg codeine, like 20. I couldn't source any phenrghan the other ingredient to making lean.
So,
Alternatively I have bouch benadryl &allevia.
Currently to 10 30mg codeine tabs, I have added 4 one a day benydry as a guess. Into a bad ready for breaking down should the dosage be correct and alternative ingredient. I plan on mixing to sprite and jolly ranchers. I guess try everything once.

I just want to be sure I'm not harming myself doing this and that I could get some pre advice.given it.is an alternatives I'm using instead of phenrghan/proxitine

Dude what the fuck. Don't "make lean" out of pills you retard. You can't. Its not lean, it's gonna taste even worse, be pointless, and not give the right effects. You wanna look cool and we get it but just take the pills and get faded like everyone else. Nobody gives a fuck if you have two Styrofoam cups and some fake ass too viscose syrup. If you want the effects from prometh/cod, you need to take them both. It activates cyp2d6 which in turn speeds up the conversion of codeine to morphine. If you want the best otc option for antihistamines, depending on your area, AFAIK, cyclizine in Canada and doxylamine in the US. Neither of them are promethazine but they're both better than benedryl. That day time shit is just gonna poison you not get ya faded.

Tldr; if you want lean, get a cod/promethazine script. You don't look cool drinking it. You look like a junkie like all other opioid users. Also it's unbelievably lame to sit around crushing up mixing up pills to make your friends or people at the club think you're cool.

You can absolutely make lean out of pills if you figure out the adequate extraction methods. There's a subreddit that does it often, it's a neat skill tbh. If you have any questions about this though feel free to ask away. There's definitely an undeniable degree of trendsipping amongst people but there is with any RoA imo.

My point is that it's just not lean. By definition, lean is the perscription syrup mixed with sprite, it's imitation. You can mix up pills in a drink and get high but you can also just take the pills and get higher because if you're extracting, you undeniably lose some, and if you're just throwing the powdered pills in there, it'll taste fucking atrocious so there's really no winning. If you got the syrup, cool, but fake syrup is goofy ass shit and I stand by that.

Extraction losses exist, but they're not the worst in the world. I don't know of anybody who just puts powdered pills in their drink though. Also, I understand being a pro/co purist like you are, but really oxy, tapentadol, 7-OH, etc have such unique feelings that I would rather have the options as to what to pour up. Hell I've made benzo syrups I really enjoy too.
 
Guys what could I use ? Benadryl? Anything asides phenergan. To the other guy I certainty know you can make.from pills lol

Um neither drug you are talking about is a benzos. Codeine is absolutely an opioid. And phenergan (or promethazine) is an antihistamine .Which means it help with allergic reactions, make you tired, and it's also given to help with nausea.

You should really at least look up the drugs you're planning on taking so you know what they are. Jesus, if you ever OD'd and told people you were on benzos, your treatment plan would be completely different than for opioids.
 
Ok...promethazine doesn't help with codeine being converted to morphine faster/more morphine produced. Promethazine is CYP2D6 inhibitor ( mild at low-lower medium dose and taking more than medium dose Is actually dangerous. I experienced horrible shaking, that nasty thing that antipsychotics do....neuroleptic syndrome ?
I recommend Hydroxizine or high dose cetirizine ( very calming at high dose ).

I gues u want H1 antagonist for making your codeine more sedating, less itchy and also to make opioid analgesia more potent. All or this can be achieved by single one of already mentioned H1 antagonists.
Benadryl Is not bad but it's actually drug which helped with creation of SSRIs, it's potent deliriant etc....

Some additional information = taking more than 240mg codeine in one dose is probably quite useless. If u can, score some dihydrocodeine because it Is not limited by liver enzymes, it's 2-3 times stronger than codeine or tramadol. It Is more euphoric, i prefer dhcodeine analgesia over oxycodone. And if u can score DHC Continus, it really can be acting for 12 hours but i dose it 3 times per day just to feel better.

And don't crush any pills into sprite or some nasty syrup.
Why would u do it ?
Just take them with water/energy drink ( sugarfree is ideal ) and if caffeine is problem for u, pop some light benzo dose or just take pills with something like water with less than 20g sugar in one small can ( without caffeine ofc ).

But i always felt caffeine potentiated analgesia, mood and made onset of consumed pills faster ( codeine Is very often mixed with caffeine so there is probably real interaction (potentiating ) of opiates/opioids/other painkillers by normal caffeine dose ( 80-160 mg ).
