Opioids Alcohol and heroin?

I drank a 40oz 4 hours ago and railed the tiniest bump of h , how dangerous is this?
I'm nervous but feeling great

it increases the risks and likelihood of things like cardiac arrest and OD'ing because they are both depressants that affect the CNS

so long as you didnt push it too far with the H you should be okay

but you should really be very careful mixing downers, and make sure the dose of both substances is much lower than you would usually take

If you have a nice tolerance, you are safe mixing them in fair doses.

Do not overdo one or the other as they enhance one another.

I don't mean to scare you, OP, but this is basically just exactly how a friend of ours overdosed and nearly died. He drank a 40 oz and then took a couple bumps and uh... yep, his eyes rolled back, he fell out of his chair, and it was sweet dreams for him until we got the paramedics there to hit him with the narcan. It took them a long time to get there, too, and so I was pretty sure that he was a goner... had they arrived just a few minutes later, yeah, he would probably be dead.

I would be very careful if I were you, very careful; mixing substances, especially substances like alcohol and dope (or oxycodone/hydrocodone) tend to depress the respiratory system and everything else to a dangerous, often times fatal degree.

Contraindicated and dangerous. Its good you are asking if you are unsure, but maybe ask next time first. Save your self some possible trouble. Please be careful as yes, this is a notorious od combo. Any downer plus a downer is like ten downers not 2.

Mixing any CNS depressants is never advised. That being said, many people can drink moderately while on opiates and be totally fine/have never had an issue. Downside is you don't know if tonights the night where something bad is going to happen, even if you've done it successfully 1000 times. It is more dangerous for those who do not have an opiate tolerance/have not been using a long time and he/she's body isn't used to the dope.

Just speaking about me personally, having been doing heroin for over 10 years, I can have a few drinks with zero problem. It's still not something I'd recommend though.
