Agomelatine and drugs?

Have eaten Valdoxan ( Agomelatine ) for about a week now.

I wonder if it's safe to take speed some time? If not, are there more drugs good to avoid?

I am not familiar with this medication but found a little information. Apparently, when mixed with certain drugs like fluvoxamine and ciprofloxacin a liver reaction can occur. http://www.nps.org.au/medicines/bra...tine/for-individuals/agomelatine-interactions
