the ec50 for serotonin release is about 10-20 times higher than the ec50 for norepinephrine release for dextroamphetamine
as a general rule though, amphetamine is not clinically relevant as a serotonin releaser. amphetamines, the whole class of drugs, have effects across the board wrt serotonin release. the ring-substituted amphetamines and methamphetamine are much more potent serotonin releasers than d-amp is.
