Advice in NYC

I'm a Brit clubber new to the site and new to NYC looking for some information. What is a fair price to pay for E out here, are there any marks/stamps to look out for at present, is it safe/reliable to buy in clubs.
Any info would be a great help.
p.s. Anyone going to Oakenfold on Thanksgiving?

average price here is:
1-10: $17-$20
10-25: $14-$17
25-50: $13-$14
50-100: $12-$13

follow the instructions to register and it'll lead you to the message board. almost everyone on that forum is going to hear oakenfold at roxy. it's very, very helpful for every type of club in nyc (guestlists, meetups w/ everyone on the forum, what dj's are spinning where, etc...and most of the info is first-hand). welcome to n.y.!
 
Yes, tickets will most probably be sold out. Get them through Ticketmaster ASAP or just go into the Wiz (music store) for them. He's 9/10 sold out quickly. Good luck.
