Stimulants Adderrall XRs

Hey guys, I've been prescribed ADDY 10mg XRs.

They are dark blue/light blue capsules with balls inside.

I have ADHD and I'm trying to go to school for electronics engineering and as you may know, sometimes ADHD can keep you from doing schoolwork you don want to do like history and English.

When I take my dose which the doctor told me is 20mg. I sweat a lot, my brain is frantic and Im constantly in regret and wishing for this feeling of extreme rush to go away. When I'm not occupied in class, and I'm t home and the medication is still in my system , I often feel like this "maybe I should play guitar? No fuck guitar. Maybe I should do this and that" and the end result is usually me watching tv thinking that nothing matters anymore and I feel a sense of anxiety and panicyness. What's causing this? Is this normal? This also happens with just one pill...
 
Sounds like classical overstimulation. Since your dose isn't very high, perhaps you can look into another stimulant (such as Ritalin/methylphenidate) or even dexedrine or Vyvanse, which cause less unwanted stimulation.

A bad reaction to a single stimulant is not indicative of not having ADHD.

Methylphenidate is going to cause more unwanted CNS stimulation than Adderall is.

Of course it doesn't mean he doesn't have ADHD for sure. But seeing how low his dosage was, I would lean more towards that.
