Stimulants Adderall With Wellbutrin and Vitamins?

I recently got prescribed adderall (yay me) and I take wellbutrin and 2 multivitamins with fish oil. My question is does this potentiate it? I recently mixed it with the multivitamins and fish oil and i feel as if I feel the adderall way more?

My understanding is that the bupropion has a greater affinity. If you happen to use enough bupropion, it will tend to block the effects of Adderall.

If you feel like it potentiated the Adderall, it probably is a proper dosage of bupropion for you and not too high of one.

I would generally avoid this sort of combination unless it does work well for you.
