Can I mix them? If so how much do you think is safe? I weigh 165 lbs and have only tried adderall a few times in the past couple days.

Uh well.. mixing stims with booze shouldn't generally be encouraged but everyone I know mix it frequently, if youre not crazy with either drugs, let alone both at once its not that dangerous imo.
Theres no magical safe dose, it depends on your body, just drink the vodka very very slowly, and you shouldnt have problems basically. Except you WILL feel like complete shit the next day but your not gonna die or anything.
The sad thing is you can eventually get used to it and not care about the hangover lol.

My friend spent hours expelling every last bit of her soul through her mouth mixing those exact too.
It's not for everyone, wouldn't recommend it. Besides it's really hard to get drunk when you're up.

I personally don't think adderall, or Dextroamphetamine goes well with booze (or mixed with any depressant). Alchohol will likely negate the effects of the amphetamines, which might prompt you to take more, starting a dangerous cycle.
What I do with Adderall and Benzo's (I don't drink, but benzodiazepine's and alchohol are similar in action), is take the adderall first, and save the benzo (or another CNS depressant like alchohol, opiates etc) for the come down. I also have found that taking the depressant 30 minutes to an hour before the stimulant, is a decent experience as well. But when you mix them together, the depressant will most likely over power the amphetamine, or dull it's effects. This isn't always the case of course, I used to mix stims and depressants all the time, heroin and cocaine was my favorite combination. But Adderall is longer acting and IMO doesn't give as much of a "push" as cocaine, methamphetamine, MDPV etc..it's a more subtle experience.

i don't know, pharm grade d-amph is a rare commodity in germany, and the few times i had some i drank like a fish. but then i'm an alcoholic, so this isn't really surprising. i liked the combined effect, but then i have a very high alcohol tolerance. i've also taken alprazolam in combination with it, and it definitely dulls the euphoric effects of the amphetamine while alcohol does not. i don't think that benzos and alcohol compare in effect when taken with amphs.
the thing about all stims is that you definitely not feel the alcohol as much as on its own. so be careful. it's really easy to drink way too much and be completely and utterly fucked suddenly.

I'm not a fan of alcohol + amphetamines (or alcohol + anything for that matter).

well yeah but then you don't drink.
it can be dangerous, but not because of pharmacodynamics.
i won't advise doing it, but if you know your limits it certainly won't be life-threatening.

I always enjoyed booze + meth, not really experienced with d-amp though. Might as well save it for the comedown, in any case just watch your drinking since you won't feel as inebriated as usual 'cause of the stim, and it's easy to overdo it.

Like mixing water and fire, you'll just be wasting a bunch of fire (amps) while you try to keep the fire burning that's constantly being put out by the booze (water).

I have mixed amps and alcohol only once, and that was 2.5mg d-amp orally with 75mg tramadol, the stim effects from the tram/amp made it so I didn't feel drunk at all, so I kept drinking and drinking, polished off the better part of a fifth of Jack Daniels in under an hour. Worst fucking hangover....

Ugh i cant sleep for the adderall combo so i cant sleep off the alcohol fucking makes me throw up on an empty stomach and a horrid head ache. But, on the othe hand i thought the combo was really euphoric before you come down.
